Amore is the modern clinic layer between your care team and whatever system owns the chart. It works alongside any EMR or text-based record: the clinic authors the structure, the clinician reviews the exact take-home plan, and Amore prepares a bounded QR or link.

No integration is required. S’amore does not watch the chart or pull anything in the background. You decide whether the handoff crosses.
